“ Cons- There's a line nearly out the door most of the time, especially between classes at Brown. The mobile app consistently does not show menu items that they do indeed have. Pros- My orders are always correct and the staff are super kind, despite seeming to be overworked. Even when it's really busy, you're out the door in about 5-7 mins from the time you place your order. Very convenient location. ”
“ This is a pretty solid Starbucks. I ended up getting a mocha latte and it was delicious. Service is a bit slow but that is the new normal. Think the prices are a bit high but what can you say besides I was using a free gift card. Parking is free. Overall if I was in the area would come back. ”

It's a really good feeling when you get there at a time where there are good seats open (but I do miss the old chairs that provided more back support).
